# App vs Web

> Compare loyalty card features available on the mobile app and website

The loyalty card system works across both the petakopi.my website and the mobile app. Here's what's available on each platform.

## For shop owners

<Tip>We recommend owners use the mobile app — the [Quick Start](/loyalty-card/quick-start) walks you through it. The web Manage panel still supports the same features, but it's not the documented path.</Tip>
