# Sync from Google

> Pull opening hours and ratings from your Google Business listing

Keep your petakopi.my listing in sync with your Google Business profile. This is a one-way sync — data is pulled from Google into petakopi.my.

<Warning>Your shop must be linked to a Google Place before you can sync. See [Location](/manage-shop/location) to set this up.</Warning>

## Opening hours

Sync your operating hours from Google so customers see the correct times on petakopi.my.

From the **Sync from Google** section in the Manage panel:

1. Tap **Sync Opening Hours** to pull the latest hours from Google
2. Your opening hours are updated immediately

You can also **delete all opening hours** if your shop's schedule has changed and you want to start fresh.

## Ratings

Sync your Google rating and review count to display on your shop's page.

1. Tap **Sync Ratings** to pull the latest data from Google
2. Your rating and review count are updated immediately

## Sync limits

Each sync action has a **24-hour cooldown** to stay within API limits. The page shows when each action was last synced and when it will be available again.

## Cache purging

After syncing data, your public pages may still show old content due to caching. Use **Purge Cache** to clear the Cloudflare cache and make your updates visible immediately.
