New
- Community — A feed of what people are drinking and the beans they have bought. Comment, reply, and like, tap a name to see just that person’s posts, and open a bean’s full details without leaving the feed. First-time commenters verify a phone number once to keep spam out.
- Order from the app — Browse a shop’s menu, build a cart, and check out without leaving the app. Pay online with FPX or settle at the counter, and your contact details carry over from your last order.
- Sticker playground — Tap the dice on the Coffee Journal calendar to tip the month’s stickers into a box you can tilt, shake, drag, and double-tap to scatter. Switch it to shop logos if you prefer.
- Coffee Passes for owners — Pass programs now have their own stats and a full activity log, so you can see what was issued and redeemed.
- Find a customer without a QR — Look someone up by username or phone number at the counter when scanning is not practical. A typed lookup can add a stamp or deduct a cup, but never issue a new pass.
- Make Home yours — Hide the sections you do not use, and shop owners get a Home laid out for running a shop rather than browsing one. A dot on the Home tab tells you when something needs attention.
- Recently viewed shops — The shops you looked at recently sit on Home, ready to reopen or clear.
- Add your phone number — Verify a number from Edit profile once, then change it later if you switch SIM.
- Stamp notifications on Android — Get a notification when a shop stamps your card or you redeem a reward.
- Expense receipts — Preview a receipt inside the app, pick entry dates from a calendar, and jump straight to an expense from its notification.
Improved
- Coffee Journal stats — Swipe between this month and your lifetime totals, and the figures follow whichever month you are browsing rather than always showing today’s.
- Loyalty history — Each stamp and redemption now says who it was for and who added it, instead of only when it happened.
- Scanning a card — The customer’s name shows the moment you scan, rather than appearing only after the first stamp.
- Ratings — Tap the star you already gave to clear a rating; there was previously no way to undo one.
- Journal photos — Page through a day’s photos in the full-screen viewer instead of closing and reopening each one.
- Loading — The journal, community sheets, and a day’s entries now show the shape of what is coming instead of a spinner, and stickers no longer sit blank while they load.
- Sign out — Signing out clears this device’s local data, so a shared phone does not leak the previous account’s history.
- Profile — Shows the installed build and tells you when a newer version is available.

New
- Coffee Passes — Buy a prepaid pass at a shop and redeem cups from your phone. Passes appear as wallet-style cards you can flip to reveal the QR, each with its own redemption history.
- Coffee Passes for shop owners — Create pass programs, pick the card colour, issue passes to customers, and scan to deduct a cup. A cancelled pass can be reactivated later.
- My QR — Your personal QR now sits on the Home profile card, so an owner can scan you to issue a pass or add a stamp.
- Choose your theme — Five colour themes under Profile, Appearance: Classic, Cream, Emerald, Sand, and Dusty Rose. On iPhone the app icon changes to match the theme you pick.
- Drink name suggestions — The Coffee Journal suggests drinks you have added before, so your regular order is one tap instead of retyping it.
Improved

- Orders — Clearer rows in the list, a redesigned timeline on the order detail, and a Contact button for the shop.

New
- Coffee Journal — Log your daily cups in a month calendar with photo stickers. Link entries to a coffee shop, add photos, and see your week at a glance on the Home screen. Tap any empty day to add a cup.
- Bought Beans — Track the coffee bags you buy: origins with per-origin roast, processing, and altitude details, tasting notes, brew method, photos, and a spending chart
- Orders — Customers get a My Orders screen to follow their orders, and shop owners get an Orders tab in shop management. Tapping an order notification opens that order directly, and order lists refresh automatically when an update arrives while the app is open.
- Train lines on the map — Toggle transit lines and station names on the coffee shop map, with per-line controls so you only see the lines you care about
- Place search on the explore map — Search for a place and jump straight to it on the map

- Photo uploads — Pick multiple photos at once, uploads run in the background so saving is faster, and failed uploads can be retried with a tap
Fixed
- Fixed an issue where loyalty card scan errors were hidden behind the camera view
Improved
- Better crash reporting — Crash reports now include more accurate details across iOS and Android, so we can find and fix problems faster
- Smarter update diagnostics — The app now tells our servers which app version it’s running, helping us spot version-specific issues and keep older versions working smoothly
New

- Has Loyalty Card filter — Quick filter on the discovery list to find shops that offer loyalty cards
Improved
- Skip shop picker for single-shop owners — If you only manage one coffee shop, tapping Manage now jumps you straight to its dashboard. Multi-shop owners keep the picker.

- Gift badge on shops with loyalty — A gift badge now appears beside coffee shop names on listings for shops that have an active loyalty program
- Smoother form keyboards — Forms across the app now have cleaner focus transitions and stay above the keyboard when editing fields lower on the screen

- Loyalty card list — Card serial numbers are now easier to read with a visible prefix
- Location on map — Your location dot on the map is now more accurate and always visible
- Wallet updates — Changes to your card colors and program name now show up in Apple Wallet right away. Google Wallet updates are picked up the next time a stamp is added or a new card is issued, due to Google’s update restrictions.
Fixed
- Fixed an issue where re-adding a loyalty card on iPhone incorrectly showed a “Download cancelled” message
