For shop owners
We recommend owners use the mobile app — the
Quick Start walks you through it. The web Manage panel still supports the same features, but it’s not the documented path.

Customers get the same loyalty experience on the web and the app. The QR code for scanning is always shown via your phone wallet (Apple Wallet on iOS, Google Wallet on Android) — both web and app flows lead there.
