Loyalty Card FAQ

No. As a customer, you can use loyalty cards entirely through the petakopi.my website on any browser. However, shop owners need the mobile app to scan QR codes and award stamps.
Yes. You can hold loyalty cards from as many shops as you like. All your cards are visible on your profile page on the web or in the app.
When all stamps are collected, your card is marked as complete. Show your QR code to the shop staff and they will redeem your reward. A new card is automatically issued so you can start collecting stamps again right away.
Yes. Each loyalty card has an expiration period set by the shop (default is 365 days). Check the terms and conditions on the loyalty card for details.
Yes. Your loyalty cards and stamps are tied to your petakopi.my account, not your device. Sign in on any device or browser to access your cards.
Yes. A shop can run multiple loyalty programs at the same time — for example, a “Coffee Card” with 10 stamps and a “Pastry Card” with 5 stamps, each with different rewards.
After adding a loyalty card on petakopi.my, you’ll see an option to save it to your phone’s wallet. Your stamp count will update in real time via push notifications.
You can update the terms & conditions and toggle the active status at any time. However, the program name, stamps required, and expiration days are locked while active cards exist to protect your customers’ progress. See the shop owner guide for details.
First, claim your coffee shop on petakopi.my. Once approved, you can create loyalty programs from the Manage panel. You’ll also need the mobile app to scan customer QR codes. See the shop owner guide for detailed instructions.
