Do I need the app to use loyalty cards?
It depends on your role:
- Customers — No. Loyalty cards work entirely through the petakopi.my website in any browser, including saving to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
- Shop owners — Yes. Use the petakopi.my mobile app to scan customer QR codes and award stamps.

Can I have cards from multiple shops?
Yes. You can hold loyalty cards from as many shops as you like. All your cards are visible on your profile page on the web or in the app.
What happens when my card is full?
What happens when my card is full?
When all stamps are collected, your card is marked as complete. Show your QR code to the shop staff and they will redeem your reward. To start collecting stamps again, visit the shop’s page on petakopi.my and tap “Get Loyalty Card” to get a new card.

Yes. Each loyalty card has an expiration period set by the shop (default is 365 days). Check the terms and conditions on the loyalty card for details.

Yes. Your loyalty cards and stamps are tied to your petakopi.my account, not your device. Sign in on any device or browser to access your cards.

Can a shop run multiple loyalty programs?
Yes. A shop can run multiple loyalty programs at the same time — for example, a “Coffee Card” with 10 stamps and a “Pastry Card” with 5 stamps, each with different rewards.

How do I add my loyalty card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
After adding a loyalty card on petakopi.my, you’ll see an option to save it to your phone’s wallet. Your stamp count will update in real time via push notifications.
Can I edit my loyalty program after customers have enrolled?
Can I edit my loyalty program after customers have enrolled?
You can update the program name, terms & conditions, expiration days, and active status at any time. However, stamps required is locked while active cards exist to protect your customers’ progress. See the shop owner guide for details.
What happens when I set a program to inactive?
What happens when I set a program to inactive?
Setting a program to inactive hides the “Get Loyalty Card” button so no new customers can enroll. However, existing customers can still use their cards — you can continue to scan, stamp, and redeem their cards as normal.

We provide printable QR templates and generate the QR code for your shop. See the QR template page to pick a design and request a print-ready file.

I have multiple branches. How does the loyalty program work?
You only need to create the loyalty program on one of your branches. Customers can get the loyalty card from that branch’s page on petakopi.my, and staff at any branch can scan and stamp their card using the same QR scanner. Just share your branch’s petakopi.my link with all your locations.
